Application Process

The application takes place in six clear stages.

   Create an account

   Available now

   Create a secure applicant account with your name, email, and a password.

2. 2

   Complete the application

   Open now through Monday, September 14, 2026

   Fill out the online application. You can save your progress and return later.

3. 3

   Submit the application

   Deadline: Monday, September 14, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Pacific)

   Review your application, confirm the information is accurate, and submit.

4. 4

   Application review

   September 15 – 17, 2026

   The Practice Incubator leadership team reviews submitted applications.

5. 5

   Notification

   Friday, September 18, 2026

   Applicants are notified of one of the following: accepted, waitlisted, not selected, or additional information requested.

6. 6

   Enrollment

   September 2026 · Program begins October 2026

   Accepted applicants receive onboarding instructions, participation materials, and payment information. Accepted applicants sign their Participant Agreement and pay the program fee by Monday, September 28, 2026, before orientation on September 30. Orientation: Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 12:00–1:00 p.m. ET. Program begins October 2026.
